ITT Communications provides comprehensive consultancy services pertaining to products and services within its own portfolio that include phone systems to white boards as well as the wider telecommunications and data communications sector.

Where consultancy services relate to ITT’s own portfolio of products and services, this service is provided free of charge and on a no obligation basis.

Where consultancy services relate to areas of Telecommunications and Data Communications outside ITT’s own portfolio, this service is provided on the basis of an initial consultation which is free of charge.

The purpose of the initial consultation would be to discuss and identify the nature, scope and objectives of the proposed consultation. The terms of the proposed consultancy would be dependant on the complexity of the customer’s requirements. The chargeable consultancy would begin only after the terms have been agreed upon.
