A VITAL Care Maintenance Agreement is an assurance from ITT Communications that your Panasonic Phone System will always be running smoothly. In return for your loyalty, we promise to deliver the highest priority service by our highly motivated team of quality professionals.

This is what you get:

  • The highest priority response to your fault action requests.
  • Priority access to ITT’s critical spares when required for temporary replacement loan equipment.
  • No charge for provision of temporary replacement loan equipment whilst repairs are effected by the manufacturer of the business telephone system.
  • No Charge, unlimited operator and user training.
  • No Charge, remote access assistance (e.g. basic programming changes) This can represent a HUGE saving for your company in time and savings by outsourcing these requirements to ITT at no charge. (Requires ISDN or a system modem for PSTN equipped systems).
  • Maximum 2 hours response time to faults causing a critical outage to your services and 24 hours response time to non-critical, minor faults
  • No charge for equipment repair costs. Additionally if we can’t repair it we will replace it with either the same or an equivalent model.
  • No charge for service costs relating to diagnosis of faults out into the Telstra Network. This is inclusive of service costs relating to liaison with Telstra for the rectification of Network faults.
  • Software upgrades, as available from the manufacturer and relevant to a fault in your system.
  • Annual preventative VITTAL CARE maintenance audit.
  • No Charge, telephone based enquiries and assistance.
